Key Responsibilities
- Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and campaign delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Campaign Execution:
- Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare campaign reports, analyzing performance metrics and providing insights for optimization.
- Assist in creating presentations and proposals for client meetings.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop engaging campaign materials.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in account management and social media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
