We are looking for an ACCA Counsellor to guide students and parents about ACCA courses and convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and walk-ins.
- Explain ACCA eligibility, papers, exemptions, course structure, fees, batches, and career scope.
- Counsel students on the right ACCA course based on their academic background and goals.
- Follow up with interested students and parents for admissions.
- Maintain lead details and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations team for student onboarding.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience in education counselling, admissions, telesales, or sales preferred.
- Basic knowledge of ACCA/CA/CMA courses will be an advantage.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, WhatsApp communication, and targets.
- Positive convincing and relationship-building skills.
