– Academic Mentor (CA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable, student-focused, and proactive Academic Mentor CA to support students throughout their learning journey while assisting faculty in delivering high-quality academic experiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent mentoring abilities, and a research-oriented mindset to solve academic challenges, enhance student engagement, and contribute to the development of educational content and support materials.

Key Responsibilities

Student Mentoring & Engagement

- Mentor students enrolled in various academic programs and provide continuous academic guidance.
- Regularly connect with students to monitor their academic progress and address learning challenges.
- Motivate students to remain engaged and committed to achieving their academic goals.
- Ensure students actively participate in academic sessions and student engagement activities.
- Guide students on effective study techniques, time management, examination strategies, and learning methods.
- Conduct individual and group mentoring or counselling sessions to address academic concerns.
- Monitor student performance, attendance, and participation through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate student records and prepare periodic progress reports.

Academic Support

- Research subject-related topics and develop solutions to academic challenges faced by faculty and students.
- Build question papers, assessments, presentations (PPTs), and other academic resources.
- Create and maintain faculty support materials and student learning resources.
- Assist faculties in academic planning, classroom activities, and academic program execution.
- Coordinate with faculty members to collect study materials, presentations, and PDFs within defined timelines.




- Collaborate with designers to ensure timely preparation of academic content and learning materials.
- Work closely with content creators to ensure educational content accurately represents academic concepts.

Assessment & Progress Monitoring

- Conduct assessments and academic evaluations where required.
- Analyse assessment results and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Prepare and present academic progress reviews to stakeholders.
- Monitor student engagement and recommend interventions for improved learning outcomes.

Collaboration & Coordination

- Work collaboratively with faculty, academic teams, designers, and content creators to ensure seamless academic operations.
- Support the execution of academic events, workshops, and other educational initiatives.
- Take ownership of academic-related programs and ensure smooth coordination.
- Effectively manage multiple academic responsibilities while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- CA - Intermediate
- Prior experience in academic mentoring, teaching, student counselling, or educational content development is preferred.
- Experience in EdTech or educational institutions will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
