Academic Mentor NEET JEE Role Summary We are seeking a dedicated Academic Mentor to guide and monitor the progress of our NEET JEE students This role is pivotal in shaping student success by providing holistic support that blends academic monitoring with personal mentorship and robust parent engagement You will be the primary point of contact for a cohort of students ensuring their journey is structured disciplined and effectively supported Key Responsibilities Student Guiding Monitoring Act as a personal mentor conducting one-on-one sessions to address academic and personal challenges Track performance in tests and assignments analysing data to create personalized improvement plans and provide motivational support Attendance Management Meticulously check and track daily attendance enforcing institute policies and promptly following up on absences to ensure consistent learning Parent Connection Serve as the primary link between the institute and parents Conduct regular meetings and provide proactive updates on student progress attendance and behaviour building a transparent and collaborative partnership Ideal Candidate You are a recent graduate or a professional with a strong science academic background familiarity with NEET JEE subjects is preferred We are looking for an empathetic and proactive individual with exceptional communication skills who is organized data-savvy and possesses a genuine desire to mentor and motivate students We will provide comprehensive training to the right candidate with a can-do attitude and a commitment to student success Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month
