Job Responsibilities

- Drive implementation of academic programs across assigned schools
- Ensure effective usage and adoption of SpeEdLabs solutions by teachers and students
- Conduct regular teacher training sessions and academic workshops
- Monitor student performance and provide data-driven insights for improvement
- Work closely with school leadership to improve academic outcomes




- Track program effectiveness and share periodic reports
- Travel within the assigned region for school visits, training, and support (15–20 days per month)

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or relevant field
- 2–5 years of experience in teaching, academic coordination, or EdTech
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to train and mentor teachers
- Comfortable with data analysis and basic Excel usage
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
- Self-driven and problem-solving mindset
