Role & responsibilities

- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair split ACs, ductable units, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment.

- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs.

- Monitor temperature, humidity, and air quality parameters as per hospital standards.

- Maintain maintenance logs and service records.

- Coordinate with vendors for AMC and major repairs.

- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of HVAC systems in critical areas such as OT, ICU, NICU, Cath Lab, and patient care areas.

- Follow safety procedures and hospital engineering protocols.

- Optimize energy consumption and recommend improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

- 1 to 3 years of experience as an AC/HVAC Technician.

- Experience in hospitals, healthcare, hotels, or commercial buildings is preferred.

- Knowledge of HVAC preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Ability to work independently and respond to emergency breakdowns.
