We are hiring energetic and skilled Service Engineers / Technicians to join our team at Reliance ResQ, Ernakulam. As an Authorised Service Centre for top consumer electronics and home appliance brands, we provide a excellent platform to grow your career in technical field services.

Key Responsibilities:

- On-site installation, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, and Air Conditioners (AC).
- Diagnose technical failures (PCB issues, wiring faults, compressor checks, leakages, etc.)



and perform component repairs or replacements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering timely and professional service.
- Update service orders, status reports, and CRM records accurately after customer visits.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome! Candidates with 1+ year of experience in home appliance or AC servicing will have an added advantage.

- Requirements:
- Valid Driving License and a two-wheeler for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of appliance components, circuit testing, and tools.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
