Salesforce Technical Architect - 6 months Contract - Full time consultant

Join LevelShift as a Full-Time Consultant Salesforce Technical Architect, where you'll design scalable Salesforce solutions, lead technical delivery, and drive digital transformation using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, high-performing applications while mentoring developers and establishing Salesforce best practices.

What You'll Do

- Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Lead technical design sessions, provide architectural guidance, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance.
- Develop and oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
- Mentor development teams through code reviews, technical coaching, and implementation of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Drive platform optimization, security, performance tuning, and successful delivery of enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Your Skillset

- Robust hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, and asynchronous Apex.
- Extensive experience implementing and customizing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud for enterprise customers.




- Proven experience designing Salesforce architecture, security models, data models, integrations, and scalable application frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills with the ability to mentor engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
- Experience with Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein AI, or enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work as a Full-Time Consultant, collaborating closely with global stakeholders and distributed engineering teams.
