NAt The Design Plexus, we don't just design spaces we bring them to life through compelling visual experiences. We're looking for a 3D Visualizer who is passionate about creating photorealistic visuals and transforming design concepts into immersive presentations.

NPosition: 3D Visualizer

NExperience: 1–2 Years

NVacancy: 1

NWe're looking for someonewho has:

N- Exposure to luxury residential and hospitality projects (Preferred)

N- Strong understanding ofarchitectural and interior design drawings

N- Ability to create high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations

N- Good understanding of materials, textures, lighting, composition, and camera angles

N- Ability to convert design concepts, mood boards, and CAD drawings into realistic 3D models and renders

N- Knowledge of furniture,décor, finishes, styling, and landscaping for realistic visualizations

N- Ability to create stillrenders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals





N- Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling

N- Ability to collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project teams while meeting project deadlines

NSoftware Skills:

N- SketchUp

n- AutoCAD

N- D5 Render / Enscape

n- Adobe Photoshop

N- AI Tools (Proficient)

N- Lumion (Preferred)

n- 3ds Max with Corona/ V-Ray (Preferred)

N- Revit (Preferred)

nQualification:

N- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Animation, or a related design field

NLocation: Mumbai

NEmployment Type: Full time | Work from Office
