Creo Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our design team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a passion for architectural visualization and the ability to transform architectural concepts into realistic, high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs for premium residential projects.

Responsibilities - Create high-quality 3D exterior and interior visualizations for residential projects.

- Develop photorealistic renders and walkthrough animations.
- Collaborate with architects and interior designers to understand design intent.
- Apply realistic lighting, materials, textures, landscaping, and furniture to enhance visual presentations.
- Revise visualizations based on client and design team feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery of renders while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture,



Interior Design, Animation, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer (mandatory).
- Robust proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and rendering techniques.
- Strong visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications - Experience in premium residential architectural and interior visualization.

- Knowledge of animation and walkthrough creation.
- Experience with Unreal Engine, D5 Render, or similar visualization tools is an added advantage.
