We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to create high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and walkthrough animations for international architectural projects across the USA, UK, Australia and the Middle East.

As a 3D Visualizer, you will develop realistic architectural visualizations for residential, commercial, hospitality, retail and mixed-use projects. You will collaborate with architects and BIM teams to deliver high-quality visual content while adhering to international design standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings and walkthrough animations.
- Develop realistic interior and exterior architectural visualizations.
- Apply materials, lighting,



textures and landscaping to enhance presentations.
- Collaborate with Architects, BIM teams and Design Managers.
- Incorporate client feedback and ensure timely project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest visualization tools and rendering techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation or a related field.
- 15 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer in the AEC industry.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer/V Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render, Twinmotion, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop and AutoCAD/Revit.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, materials, lighting and rendering techniques.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
