Role Description The 3D Designer is a full-time remote role responsible for creating high-quality 3D visual content that supports various design and communication projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing 3D models, setting up lighting and materials, and producing renders for digital and print use. The role involves collaborating with project stakeholders to understand requirements, iterating on design concepts, and ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines.

The 3D Designer will also work closely with graphic design and animation teams, prepare assets for integration into multimedia projects,



and maintain organized files and documentation for ongoing and future work.

Qualifications

Proficiency in 3D Design and 3D Modeling tools and workflows.

Strong skills in Lighting for 3D scenes, including materials, shading, and rendering setups.

Experience with Graphic Design, including layout, color theory, and visual branding.

Ability to create or support Animation for motion graphics or 3D sequences.

Relevant experience with industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar).

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional team environment.

Formal training or education in 3D design, digital media, graphic design, or a related field is beneficial.
