Role & responsibilities

1. 3D Visualization & Design

- Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders for events, exhibitions, corporate functions, weddings, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Design stage layouts, backdrop concepts, exhibition stalls, kiosks, branding elements, and venue setups.
- Prepare multiple design concepts based on client requirements and event themes.
- Create walkthroughs and animated presentations whenever required.

2. Creative Concept Development

- Collaborate with the Creative, Client Servicing, and Production teams to understand event briefs.
- Convert sketches, floor plans, and concepts into detailed 3D visualizations.
- Suggest cutting-edge design ideas that enhance client presentations and event experiences.

3. Rendering & Presentation

- Produce high-quality still renders and presentation-ready visuals.
- Apply realistic lighting, textures, materials, and environmental effects.
- Ensure all designs are aesthetically appealing and technically feasible.

4. Coordination & Execution Support

- Coordinate with fabrication, production, and execution teams to ensure designs are practical and executable.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Support onsite modifications when necessary.

5. Quality & Documentation

- Maintain organized project files and design assets.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines.
- Ensure branding guidelines and design standards are maintained across all projects.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or Maya.
- Expertise in rendering software such as V-Ray, Corona Renderer,



Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects is an added advantage.
- Understanding of event fabrication materials, stage production, and exhibition structures.
- Excellent visualization, composition, lighting, and texturing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fine Arts, Animation, Interior Design, Architecture, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

- 25 years of experience in Event Management, Exhibition Design, Production House, Experiential Marketing, Architectural Visualization.
- Experience in designing corporate events, exhibitions, retail branding, stage productions, and experiential events will be preferred.
