Role Description

We are seeking an experienced React Front End Developer with 3-5 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing contemporary user interfaces, ensuring responsive design compatibility, collaborating with back-end teams to seamlessly integrate APIs, and actively contributing to the software development lifecycle while following best coding practices. · Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

· Hands-on experience building responsive, reusable, and scalable UI components using React functional components and Hooks.

· Strong understanding of React architecture, component lifecycle, component-driven development, and state management using Redux/Redux Toolkit or Context API.





· Experience with REST API integration and asynchronous programming using Axios, Fetch API, or similar libraries.

· Familiarity with client-side routing using React Router.

· Proficiency in Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows. Good to Have Skills

Experience with performance optimization techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, memoisation, and bundle optimization

Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern build tools such as Vite, Webpack, or Create React App

Understanding of UI/UX best practices, responsive design principles, and accessibility (WCAG) standards

Experience with CSS frameworks or component libraries such as Material UI (MUI), Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Ant Design

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
