About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D Graphic Designer to design high-quality artwork for custom sportswear. Your main responsibility will be creating production-ready 2D designs for jerseys, hoodies, joggers, shorts, shell pants, and other apparel. These designs will be used in our customization platform and for garment production.

Note: This is a 2D design role only. You will not be responsible for 3D modeling, UV mapping, or texturing. Key Responsibilities

Design custom artwork for

Jerseys

Hoodies

Joggers

Shell Pants

Shorts

Other sportswear products

Create unique graphics, patterns, textures, gradients, and color combinations.

Convert customer references into clean, editable vector artwork.

Design all-over print (AOP) patterns for sportswear.

Ensure artwork aligns correctly across different garment panels.

Modify existing designs and create multiple color variations.

Follow brand guidelines and customer requirements.

Organize artwork files for easy production and future editing.

Work closely with the production and 3D teams to ensure designs meet technical requirements.

Required

Skills

Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (must have).

Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

Excellent vector illustration and pattern design skills.

Good understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout.





Experience creating sportswear graphics and all-over print designs.

Ability to prepare clean, production-ready artwork.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred

Qualifications

Atleast 1 years of experience in graphic design, apparel design, or sportswear design.

Experience with sublimation sportswear or custom apparel is a plus.

Knowledge of garment construction and panel-based artwork placement is an advantage.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
