Job Title: Manager Compliance & Internal Audit

About the Role
We are looking for a Manager Compliance & Internal Audit to lead our internal audit and quality function. The ideal candidate brings hands-on BFSI experience in regulatory compliance , call monitoring, and quality assurance, and is capable of independently managing audits initiated by banks, NBFCs, and the RBI . This role requires a strong command of both spoken and written communication, and the ability to lead a team to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes month on month.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate.
3 to 4 years of experience in BFSI (Mandatory) .
Experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, and Quality Assurance .
Hands-on experience with Call Monitoring and Quality Audits.
Strong understanding of RBI guidelines and regulatory compliance.




Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Robust leadership and analytical abilities.
Collections industry experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Compliance and Internal Audit activities.
Conduct Internal Quality Audits and Call Monitoring.
Ensure compliance with RBI and BFSI regulations.
Handle audits by Banks, NBFCs, and regulatory authorities.
Prepare audit reports and compliance documentation.
Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Lead and manage the Internal Audit & Quality team.
Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual audit plans.
