Location: Mumbai (Remote Working with Client Visits Across Mumbai & Suburban Areas)
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year (Basic Software Knowledge & Sales background Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
* Visit corporate offices across Mumbai and nearby suburbs to generate current business opportunities.
* Identify and qualify potential leads through field visits and networking.
* Record and manage leads in the CRM system.
* Understand customer business requirements and present the Zoho ecosystem of business applications.
* Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.
* Generate cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing customers.




* Address customer queries and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions.
* Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in software/B2B sales.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, confident, and willing to travel extensively within Mumbai.
* Basic knowledge of CRM or SaaS solutions will be an added advantage.
