Responsibilities
To manage our daily operations and serve as the main point of contact
Build rapport with key partners
Co-ordinating with the supply team and account managers to maintain smooth operations
Adhering to specific client requests on desired profiles
Work closely with supporting departments to generate reports
Maintaining accurate subscriptions based on customer demands
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
2-3 years of operations experience in the transportation industry
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of initiative and customer service orientation
Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast-paced working workplace
Experience with the online marketplace is desirable
Ideally a keen interest in the Transportation industry
Open to work in Night Shift
