The Opportunity

As a Trainee Management Consultant, you will work closely with senior leaders, gaining hands-on experience across business operations, client management, sales strategy, leadership development, and team performance. This role is designed to provide a explicit pathway into management for high-performing individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse business performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Work alongside management teams to support strategic business initiatives
Assist in developing and implementing customer acquisition and sales strategies
Conduct market research and provide recommendations to improve performance




Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and stakeholders
Support the training, coaching, and development of new team members
Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to business planning discussions
Participate in leadership workshops and management development programmes
