Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers and organize them into eligible lending groups.
- Conduct field visits to source new borrowers and expand the customer base.
- Explain loan products, repayment schedules, and company policies to customers.
- Perform group recognition tests, credit verification, and loan appraisals.
- Process loan applications and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Coordinate loan disbursement activities.
- Conduct regular center meetings and maintain strong relationships with borrower groups.
- Collect weekly or monthly loan repayments and ensure timely deposits.




- Monitor customer repayment behavior and follow up on overdue accounts.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in microfinance, banking, NBFCs, or field sales are encouraged to apply.

Working Conditions

- Primarily field-based role with regular visits to customer locations.
- Daily travel within the assigned territory is required.
- Adaptable working hours based on operational requirements.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
