Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales for the Western region to lead our sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering robust client relationships across the Western states. This role requires a proven leader with an extensive background in sales management, a deep understanding of the Western market, and a track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Western region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure their continuous development and success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships to expand the company's footprint in the Western market.
- Manage key client relationships,



ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, and actively participate in high-value sales negotiations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and inform product/service development.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and sales reports for senior management, providing insights into regional performance and market conditions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficient processes and effective pipeline management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards across the Western sales team.
