Job Description

AREAS OF EXPOSURE/ WORK BACKGROUND:

- Experience of working in FEED, Proposal Engineering, Detailed Engineering, Knowledge on application of Field Instruments, Gas Analyzers, F&G; System, FDAS, Valve Sizing, DCS/ PLC Control System, ESD System, Level Setting Diagram, Cause & effect diagram, Control Narratives, CCTV System, Instrument Hook Up Drawings, BOQ Estimation of I&C; commodity like Filed Instruments, I&C; Cable, I&C; Installation Hardware, I/O Count Estimation etc. Specification Preparation, Bid Evaluation, Vendor Drawing review of I&C; / Mechanical Packages
- Factory Acceptance Test of I&C; System DCS/ PLC etc.
- Knowledge & understanding of I&C; Codes & Standards (Flow instrument sizing, Control Valve Sizing, Hazardous area, NFPA, etc)

Having Work Experience in Hydrocarbon Industry will be added advantage





JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary:

- Specification preparation, Bid evaluation & vendor drawing review - Control System (PLC/ DCS/ ESD), Field Instruments, Gas Analyzers, F&G; System, FDAS, Control Valve/ On Off Valves, I&C; Cables etc.,
- Sizing calculation of Control Valve, Flow Element, Instrument Selection as per Hazardous Area classification, I&C; cable Sizing etc.
- Preparation/ Review of Control System Configuration Drawing, Instrument Index, I/O List, JB Schedule, I&C; Cable Interconnection Drawings, UPS load List, Data Sheets of Instruments, valves, Control System (PLC/ DCS), Control Loop/ Logics, Control Valves/ on/ Off Valves, etc.
- Preparation & Review of Instrument Hook Up Drawings, Instrument Location Layout
- BoQ Estimation of Field Instruments, Analyzers, F&G; System, FDAS, Valves, I&C; cable, Erection Hardware, JB, Instrument Racks

Secondary:

- Vendor Coordination,
- FAT of Control System
