Your work profile
- Lead implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules including:
- Work Execution, Work Definition, Production Scheduling, and Costing (basic exposure)
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with Oracle Cloud capabilities
- Configure Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules and validate setups with business stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Costing)
- Support integrations with upstream/downstream systems (SCM, MES, third-party tools)
- Drive testing phases including SIT and UAT; support deployment and hypercare
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes such as discrete manufacturing, shop floor execution, and production planning
- Provide functional guidance to technical teams for reports, integrations, and extensions
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution accelerators and knowledge assets
Key skills required
- 5–8 years of experience in Oracle ERP / SCM, with at least 2–3 years in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing
- Solid understanding of:
- Manufacturing (Discrete Manufacturing, Work Orders, Shop Floor Execution)
- Inventory Management and Supply Chain processes
- Basic Costing concepts related to manufacturing
- Experience in at least 1–2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM / Manufacturing implementations
- Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing lifecycle
- Exposure to integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and reporting tools (OTBI/BI Publisher)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing experience
