Role Overview:
We are looking for a agile individual to manage end-to-end model and talent operations, including scouting, portfolio development, client coordination, and execution of shoots and fashion events.
Key Responsibilities:
Scout and onboard new models/talent
Manage model portfolios, Z-cards, and bookings
Coordinate with clients, brands, and international agencies
Plan and execute test shoots, auditions, and fashion events
Handle business development through calls and emails
Coordinate with models for assignments and schedules
Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and reporting
Work closely with social media team for content and updates
Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills
Understanding of the fashion/modeling industry
Presentable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
