Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Customer Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, generate sales opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers. The ideal candidate should possess positive communication skills and be willing to visit customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable products.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit industrial customers to understand their technical requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Promote and support the sales of industrial products such as bearings, valves, and power transmission products.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for timely order execution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Provide after-sales support, resolve customer queries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Education: B.Sc. or B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of industrial products or engineering concepts is preferred.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical understanding of industrial equipment and engineering products.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
