About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and Python, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.

Candidates with experience in Performance Marketing Analytics will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Analyze business trends and provide actionable insights.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
- Support ad hoc analysis and business projects.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Robust SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Charts, Dashboards).
- Working knowledge of Python or R.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Performance Marketing Analytics.
- Experience in Healthcare, E-commerce, Retail, BFSI, or Technology.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of ETL processes and Data Warehousing.
- Exposure to Predictive Analytics or Machine Learning is an added advantage.
