Our exclusive collections have already been showcased on prestigious national and international platforms, including Cannes Fashion Week, along with several renowned fashion events and exhibitions.

As we continue our ambitious growth journey, we are looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead the operations of our flagship multi-storied Designer Fashion House in Guwahati.

Key Responsibilities - Sales & Customer Experience

- Drive monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing profitability.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience through personalized styling and relationship management.
- Build long-term relationships with premium clients, bridal customers, celebrities, VIP patrons, and corporate clients.
- Provide expert styling consultations for bridal couture, luxury ethnic wear, Assamese traditional attire, occasion wear, and designer collections.
- Coordinate bespoke orders, fittings, alterations, and after-sales service with the highest standards of professionalism.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and continuously enhance the overall client experience.

Store Operations

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the multi-storied Designer Fashion House, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
- Maintain the highest standards of luxury retail, customer service, housekeeping, ambience, and operational excellence.
- Oversee billing operations, cash management, opening and closing procedures, security, and compliance with Company policies.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Accounts, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Marketing, and Management teams.
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement best practices to improve productivity and profitability.

Visual Merchandising

- Ensure every floor and display area reflects the brand's luxury identity and impeccable presentation standards.
- Plan and execute seasonal displays, festive décor, collection launches, window displays, and promotional installations.




- Regularly refresh merchandise displays to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to maintain a consistent premium brand image throughout the store.

Staff Management & Recruitment

- Recruit, onboard, train, mentor, and retain high-performing sales and support staff.
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
- Prepare staff rosters, allocate responsibilities, and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, product knowledge training, and customer service workshops.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, discipline, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Identify future leaders and recommend promotions and succession planning in consultation with Management.

Inventory & Stock Management

- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and ensure effective inventory control.
- Coordinate with Production and Procurement teams to maintain optimum product availability.
- Minimize stock losses through effective inventory management and operational controls.

Fashion Events & Brand Representation

- Assist in planning and executing fashion campaigns, editorial and commercial photoshoots, campaign launches, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate celebrity appearances, influencer collaborations, VIP client appointments, and media interactions.
- Support the planning and execution of fashion shows, bridal showcases, luxury exhibitions, trunk shows, designer launches, and exclusive events.
- Represent the brand with professionalism at industry events, exhibitions, networking engagements, and business meetings.
- Be willing to travel extensively across India and internationally for fashion events, exhibitions, celebrity engagements, photoshoots, sourcing activities, promotional campaigns, and other business requirements.

Who We're Looking For





We're seeking a dynamic leader who combines business acumen with a genuine passion for luxury fashion.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in luxury fashion, designer apparel, bridal couture, premium ethnic wear, jewellery, hospitality, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Robust leadership, communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent understanding of luxury retail operations and premium customer service.
- A refined sense of style, impeccable grooming, and confidence in interacting with celebrities, designers, influencers, media professionals, and high-net-worth clientele.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Assamese will be an added advantage.
