Position Overview

We are hiring a Senior Travel Sales Executive with strong sales expertise and excellent destination knowledge. The role involves managing travel enquiries, consulting clients, preparing quotations, and converting leads into confirmed bookings while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Responsibilities

- Attend customer enquiries from various communication channels (Whatsapp, E-mail, website, Social Media).
- Understand travel preferences and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Design detailed itineraries and prepare quotations.
- Convert travel leads through effective follow-ups and sales consultation.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, cruise companies, and destination management companies.




- Assist customers with travel documentation and visa guidance.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking details.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Develop repeat business through excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–4 years of travel sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations including Bali, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Dubai, Vietnam, Maldives, Europe, and other popular tourist destinations.
- Ability to prepare professional itineraries and quotations.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
