Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Technician Lead to supervise and manage solar installation and maintenance activities. The candidate will lead field technicians, ensure quality execution of projects, and coordinate site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise solar installation technicians at project sites
- Plan and coordinate daily site activities and workforce allocation
- Ensure proper installation of solar panels, inverters, structures, and electrical components
- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with company standards
- Handle troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support activities
- Coordinate with project engineers and management for smooth project execution
- Maintain site reports, work updates, and documentation
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects
- Support commissioning and testing activities
- Train and guide junior technicians and recent team members

Requirements

- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field




- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in solar installation or electrical projects
- Leadership and team handling experience preferred
- Knowledge of solar systems, wiring, and electrical safety standards
- Ability to manage field work and travel when required
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience in rooftop solar projects
- Knowledge of inverter commissioning and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of project documentation and reporting
- Valid driving license is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
