Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Location: Raipur (MG Road/ Shastri Market)
Department: Retail Sales

Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing showroom sales, assisting in achieving team sales targets, managing and guiding the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations, and supporting overall business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for the showroom
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
- Monitor sales activities, customer inquiries, and conversion rates
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with management regarding sales strategies and performance updates
- Maintain sales reports, customer data, and daily activity records
- Support lead generation and business development initiatives




- Ensure proper product presentation and showroom discipline

Requirements:

- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5-6 years of experience in sales or showroom sales management
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle team coordination and sales pressure
