Hiring: E-commerce Executive

Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 per month

About the Chance

We are hiring an experienced E-commerce Executive for a FMCG Industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces, processing online orders, coordinating dispatches, and Candidates with relevant experience in handling multiple online selling platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of e-commerce portals including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Zoommart, and other online marketplaces.
- Also knows accounting , and has to do entries tally and basic accounting terms
- Monitor incoming orders and generate invoices from marketplace portals.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/packing team to ensure timely packing and dispatch of orders.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, replacements, and refunds.




- Support the Accounts team by maintaining expense records & other e-commerce-related documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments for smooth order fulfillment.
- Ensure marketplace listings, pricing, inventory, and order status are updated accurately.
- Resolve marketplace issues, claims, and customer complaints promptly.Required Skills
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in E-commerce Operations.
- Accounting terms
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Blinkit, Zepto, ZoomMart, or similar marketplace portals.
- Good understanding of order processing, invoicing, shipping, returns, and marketplace operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations.Preferred Candidate
