About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Photographer & Videographer to capture high-quality visuals for our clients and in-house projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and be capable of handling both photography and videography assignments from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture high-quality photographs and videos for brands, products, corporate events, campaigns, and social media content.
- Plan and execute indoor and outdoor shoots based on creative briefs.
- Set up and operate cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, gimbals, and audio equipment.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and client servicing teams to understand project requirements.
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, and composition during shoots.
- Manage and organize photo and video files for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with editors to ensure timely delivery of final content.
- Maintain photography and videography equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Stay updated with the latest photography, videography, and content creation trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of qualified experience in photography and videography.
- Strong understanding of camera settings,



lighting techniques, composition, and storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and professional shooting equipment.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, or similar editing software.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel for client shoots and events when required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in advertising, branding, digital marketing, or creative agencies.
- Knowledge of drone photography/videography is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of color grading and video editing.
- Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
