Maven Silicon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts. As a Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the marketing strategies to promote Maven Silicon's brand and services, increase brand awareness .

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to achieve organizational goals.
- Brand Management: Oversee all aspects of the company’s brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Digital Marketing: Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring productive allocation of resources.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including brochures, website content, blog posts, and presentations.
- Public Relations:



Manage relationships with media outlets and oversee public relations activities.

Requirements :

Experience: 8 - 15+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the education management industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
