Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated, well-presented, and knowledgeable Computer Trainer to deliver high-quality training at the DM Office Rajouri Garden Center. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of computer applications and the ability to explain concepts in a clear, structured, and engaging manner to students from diverse backgrounds. The role requires a mature and professional individual with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for teaching and mentoring learners.

The trainer will be responsible for conducting both theoretical and practical sessions, ensuring students gain hands-on experience along with conceptual clarity. They should be capable of creating an interactive and disciplined learning environment, guiding students through assignments and project work, and continuously monitoring their progress. The candidate must demonstrate punctuality, responsibility, and adaptability in teaching methods to meet different learning needs while maintaining a high standard of training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions covering the modules given below:
- Computer Fundamentals
- Microsoft Windows
- Microsoft Office:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Access




- Internet & Email
- Computer Networks & Multimedia Concepts
- Basic AI Tools & its uses
- Guide students in hands-on practical sessions.
- Assist students with project work in MS Office.
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, and assignments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- Maintain attendance and academic records.
- Create an interactive and disciplined classroom setting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Good knowledge of basic computer applications.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Understanding of internet, email, and networking basics.
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Computer Applications or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior teaching/training experience.
- Certification in computer courses.
- Experience handling classroom or lab training.
