Job Title: Site Engineer – Overhead Water Tank Construction

Job Location: Dausa Rajasthan/Ludhiana, Punjab

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to supervise and manage the construction of an Overhead Water Tank (OHT). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities for the overhead water tank project.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
- Monitor reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, concreting, curing, and structural works.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare daily progress reports, material consumption reports, and site documentation.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
- Plan and monitor manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
- Resolve site execution issues and provide technical guidance to the construction team.
- Ensure timely completion of work within the approved budget and schedule.





Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience

- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in civil construction.
- At least 2 years of experience in the construction of Overhead Water Tanks (OHT), ESRs, or RCC water-retaining structures is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC construction and water-retaining structures.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
- Familiarity with IS Codes and construction quality standards.
- Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience working on government, municipal, or infrastructure water supply projects.
- Strong problem-solving and site management capabilities.
- Willingness to work at project sites.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dausa, Rajasthan (Dausa, Dausa District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
