Position - Billing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospital billing, patient billing, insurance coordination, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process OPD/IPD patient bills accurately.
Generate invoices and maintain billing records.
Coordinate with patients, insurance companies, and TPAs for billing and claim-related queries.
Verify billing details, treatment charges, and payment records.
Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions as per hospital policies.
Maintain daily billing reports and reconcile collections.
Ensure compliance with hospital billing procedures and applicable GST regulations.




Coordinate with the accounts and front office teams for smooth billing operations.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare billing.
- Knowledge of OPD/IPD billing, TPA, insurance claims, and hospital billing software is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
