Job Summary

Lakyou Beauty is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to drive growth and sales across our Shopify website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing performance campaigns, optimizing website conversions, improving product listings, and executing retention marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Improve and maintain Shopify product listings for better visibility and conversions.
- Optimize website performance, conversion rate (CRO), and customer journey.
- Execute Email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns and automation.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with the creative, content,



and Shopify teams to improve marketing performance and sales.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in D2C/Shopify Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Shopify.
- Knowledge of Email, SMS, and WhatsApp Marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Omnisend, Interakt, etc.).
- Solid understanding of CRO, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Experience in the beauty, fashion, or D2C industry is preferred.
