KEY RESPONSIBLE AREAS – SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER

Handling entire aspect of Project Civil works and development on site, with skills pertinent to

execution of work according to the required design and structural parameters.

Department – Civil construction

Reporting to – Director

Location – Mumbai

 Supervising various aspects of Engineering, ranging from structure to finishing in

accordance with the drawings and specification

 To analyze and interpret drawings and execute work as per specification outlined by

consultant.

 Planning scheduling the sequence of works and allocation of labour and machinery for

optimum use.

 To ensure better quality, Efficiency and Cost control at the site.

 Liaison with consultants and Sub contractors to facilitate smooth progress of work.

 Carrying out rate analysis

 Field-testing for all materials such as concrete, sand, aggregate, bricks etc & checking

mix design of concrete.

 Preparation of site diary, reports, measurement book, records of construction material

testing, pour cards, inspection reports, etc.

 Preparation of material/equipment (machinery) schedule.





 Arranging for Manpower & Materials during various stages of the project.

 Site & Construction Management/Resource Planning

 Supervision of a team of engineers for various types of job and resolving bottlenecks and

advising for purchase of materials etc.

 Liaising with architects, clients & consultants on determining technical specifications,

approvals for smooth execution & obtaining statutory clearances.

 Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.

 Coordination with the Structural teams along with Architects & Client's Engineers for

timely execution of project.

 Check the quality control in accordance with quality plans and inspection and test plans.

 Adherence to safety requirements and standards.

 Review Architectural drawings and engineering material submissions with consent from

GM Projects.

 Respond to contractors technical queries
