Medibill LLP is hiring an MBBS Medical Scribe / Clinical Documentation Specialist to support US healthcare providers by preparing accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare physician progress notes based on patient encounters.
- Document HPI, ROS, Physical Examination, Assessment & Plan.
- Review and summarize patient medical records.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with US healthcare standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Work closely with physicians to improve documentation quality and efficiency.
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks.

Requirements:

- MBBS degree (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and clinical documentation.
- Excellent written and spoken English.




- Experience with EMR/EHR systems is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Medical Scribe or Clinical Documentation Specialist is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

- Position: Medical Scribe (MBBS) – US Healthcare
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (In office)
- Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹65,000 per month (Based on experience)
