Production Management :

Supervise and coordinate the production process to ensure timely and productive manufacturing.

Assign tasks and oversee team members to meet daily production targets.

Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

Quality Control :

Ensure all products meet company and industry quality standards.

Conduct routine inspections and address any defects or deviations in production.

Train workers on quality control procedures and best practices.

Workforce Management :

Lead, train, and motivate a team of production workers.

Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Safety and Compliance :

Enforce workplace safety guidelines and ensure proper use of equipment.

Conduct regular safety inspections and report any hazards.

Ensure adherence to environmental and regulatory compliance requirements.

Inventory and Equipment Management :





Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with supply chain teams for replenishment.

Ensure machinery and tools are maintained and serviced as required.

Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.

Reporting and Documentation :

Maintain accurate production records, reports, and logs.

Provide daily/weekly reports to management on production status, issues, and improvements.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
