Job Description – SEO Specialist

Position: SEO Specialist

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to improve our website's organic search performance and manage our Google Business Profiles (GMB) across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and local SEO.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Build high-quality backlinks using ethical SEO practices.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GMB) for all company locations.
- Update business information, services, products, posts, and photos on GMB.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
- Improve local search rankings and visibility.
- Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and local SEO performance.




- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO.
- Experience managing multiple Google Business Profiles.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is an advantage.
- Robust analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant SEO experience.

- Increase in organic website traffic.
- Improvement in keyword rankings.
- Growth in organic leads and conversions.
- Better local search rankings and Google Business Profile performance.
- Increase in calls, direction requests, and website visits through GMB.
- Timely completion of SEO tasks and reporting.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
