Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, promote products, maintain store displays, and help achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in choosing the right products.
- Explain product features, prices, and offers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions (if required).
- Manage stock replenishment and inventory.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Assist with promotional activities and in-store events.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
