Eligibility Criteria and Responsibilities:

- Candidates should have a minimum qualification of 12th passed/graduation, eager, well spoken and fluent in written and spoken English.
- Should be computer savvy, browse and research quickly
- Should be well versed with MS Office & Outlook, valuable knowledge of designing software like Adobe Photoshop and video editing would be an added advantage.
- Candidate should be able to handle clients over a phone call and in office.
- Advises presents and explains the prospective customers about the service by answering incoming calls, operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems.
- Connects, replies to customers on Facebook, Instagram even beyond work hours.
- Candidate should also be willing to do domestic/international travel with women groups, confident, and sociable and be able to think on their feet.
- Experience in travel and tourism is not a must but is favourable.
