Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute social media content strategies.
- Create monthly content calendars.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends, reels, and platform updates.
- Ability to create visually appealing and engaging social media creatives.
- Brainstorm creative campaign and content ideas.
- Write engaging captions and optimize posts with relevant hashtags and keywords.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Monitor performance using insights and analytics to improve results.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience or fresher in Social Media Management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook.
- Excellent knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense.
- Experience in content planning and campaign execution.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.




- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
