Warehouse Manager is responsible for:

Warehouse Operations

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO inventory practices are followed where applicable.

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP/WMS systems.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock verification.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and expired stock.




- Ensure stock reconciliation with finance and production departments.

Team Leadership

- Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse supervisors, storekeepers, forklift operators, and warehouse assistants.
- Plan manpower allocation and shift scheduling.
- Train employees on warehouse procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
