We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to assist customers while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in planning domestic and international trips.
- Sell holiday packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visa assistance, and travel insurance.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Prepare travel itineraries and quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel offers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, Holiday Consultant, or in travel sales.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with travel booking portals is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
