- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about products or services.
- Follow up with interested leads and schedule appointments or consultations for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer records and call details accurately in the CRM or database.
- Build positive customer relationships by addressing queries, resolving basic concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets while maintaining high-quality communication and professionalism.
