- 10–15 years of experience in servicing operations with strong exposure to US Mortgage, including Bankruptcy processes.
- 7+ years of US Mortgage experience with 2+ years in a Team Lead/Assistant Manager role.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of servicing operations, SLA and process compliance, client and stakeholder management, and audit/compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, quality management, team leadership, performance management, and ability to manage operations in a quick-paced environment.
