Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning and Supervision: Oversee daily production schedules, ensuring the timely production of Coco Pith products according to demand and quality specifications.
- Team Management: Supervise, train, and guide production staff to ensure high productivity and adherence to safety standards. Motivate the team to meet production targets and maintain discipline.
- Quality Control: Ensure that production processes and finished products meet the required quality standards. Implement quality control measures and correct any deviations from production standards.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for process optimization, reduce wastage, and improve production efficiency. Implement best practices in production to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Equipment and Maintenance Management: Ensure that production equipment is functioning properly and coordinate with the maintenance team to carry out timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Inventory Management:
Monitor and control the use of raw materials and finished goods. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure the availability of required raw materials for uninterrupted production.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines and ensure that production activities comply with environmental regulations and company policies. Maintain a safe and clean working setting.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and documentation on production outputs, equipment usage, inventory levels, and staff performance.
- Troubleshooting: Address any issues or bottlenecks in the production process and resolve them swiftly to minimize disruptions.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and quality control to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products.
- Performance Tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production efficiency, downtime, quality standards, and employee performance. Provide regular feedback to senior management.
