Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and managing daily Body Shop operations for Commercial Vehicles.
- Allocate repair jobs and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise body repair, denting, painting, welding, and structural repair activities as per Mahindra standards.
- Ensure repair quality through regular inspections and quality control checks.
- Coordinate with Insurance Surveyors, Service Advisors, and Parts Department for smooth repair execution.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and manpower utilization.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of body parts and consumables.
- Review repair estimates, work orders, and insurance documentation for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and workshop SOPs.




- Support training and skill development of body shop technicians.
- Monitor customer complaints related to body repairs and ensure prompt resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workshop performance and productivity reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance of workshop tools, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
